We are Kimoyo & we are training the next generation of Africa’s leading product designers.
In 2020, we ran our inaugural cohort in Nigeria and selected the top 5 candidates from a pool of 567 applicants.
Our five fellows were individually trained by lead designers from the world's best tech companies such as Netflix, Flutterwave, Twitter, Occulus, Lyft & Paystack.
The fellows completed their training in Fall 2020. During this, they worked with design teams from Spotify & Netflix, conducted over 150 user interviews, and were even able to provide design solutions for Netflix's growth team in Nigeria.
